Human Resource Management according to the Harvard Model of Human Resource Management, created by Michael Beer, is a strategic approach to the employment, development and wellbeing of the people working in an organization, (HRD Connect, 2019). The duties of HRM include performing human resource activities like, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and recruitment as well as promotions per University established policies and procedures in compliance with the National Public Service act and the University Administrative directives.
